K-Drama: Unemployed Romance

This may not be that known to a lot of people, so hopefully this post will be helpful to know and maybe get interested in this drama. This Korean drama is called "Unemployed Romance".

Seung-Hee (Lee Young-Ah) dreams of becoming a drama writer. She receives unemployment benefits from the government. Seung-Hee then meets her first love Jong-Dae (Namgung Min), who works at the unemployment benefit center.

This drama is under E Channel, a cable network, and has 10 episodes and currently at its 8th already. The genre of the drama is rom-com and since it is shown in a cable network, you can expect this drama to be a little bit different from the major networks that has deep and complicated story line.

This drama focuses on the hardships and trials Seung Hee faced after being unemployed from her previous work. Seung Hee is a writer and struggles to find another job, which she ended up getting her unemployment compensation from a government agency where he again met her first love and fist boyfriend, Jong Dae. The story also tells the story n how Jong Dae and Seung Hee first met and how they broken up. Since they had a bad break up, after seeing each other again, their love-hate relationship also started.

My Thoughts:

This drama is nice especially it if you want to watch com-rom dramas. This drama has a nice simple story line which is a feel good series. Though I know who Seung Hee will end up with, The funny and romantic scenes are something I enjoyed watching. And since this drama has only 10 episodes, don't expect major twists and several problems/issues along the story.
